Food Alchemy
My culinary research is an alchemical research. It is a quest to transform the original raw material, offered by our Earth, into a powerful medicine for our bodies, our minds and our spirits.
My kitchen is a temple where I work hand in hand with the elements to transmute and transform the fruits of our soil into edible elements behaving within your body with a specific frequency and responding to your physiological needs with precision.

I select each ingredient with precision and care. My working method is based on years of experience and research into the various ingredients on the market, especially those presented by the food industry.
I read between the lines to select what is best to support your body-temples. I work hand in hand with my suppliers and believe in sharing your investment with those who contribute to the regeneration of our soils and the creation of a fair trade, socially and ecologically sustainable ecosystem.
I work as much as possible with high quality, organic and locally sourced products. I consider the sourcing of the raw materials of my work to be a major component of my service - if not the most important.

Diet
My work is based on years of studying different diets and food systems, as well as the latest scientific research into the gut-brain axis and autoimmune diseases. I work very holistically, combining everything I've learned along the way to create a unique working ecosystem so that my cooking is highly nourishing, healing, detoxifying, comforting, gourmet and anti-inflammatory.

Processes
My cuisine includes transformation and transmutation processes using the precise, cutting-edge technology of all the elements - water, fire, air and earth.
My research is based on the refinement of my cooking and transformation techniques to be ever closer to the Earth and your health.
In particular, I study steaming and many fermentation techniques, sprouting, the incorporation of herbalism techniques and foraging to refine my alchemy.

Rituals
I am on a perpetual quest for a unique way of working ritually. I follow the path of the Earth priestesses, operating with prayers and devotional practices to become a pure channel of healing for the Earth through my hands. I plant in my food an extra layer of grace and divinity that can only be felt and experienced in its most impactful and transformative dimensions.
