“Zoe catered for us at a writing retreat and provided lovingly prepared meals with healthy, nutritious, carefully thought-out ingredients. Each meal was beautifully presented and a true joy to look at and eat. Each was an array of colors, textures and flavours. Zoe meditated before her preparations, burning sage and bringing in conscious clean energy. SHe merged spiritualy with her culinary art and we felt her heart's energy in every bite.
